| 6 | North Carolina | (-) RJ Davis is ridiculous, going into Clemson and winning by double digits is massive |
| 7 | Tennessee | (+2) saw it coming, but absolutely beat the brakes off of ole miss. Can this team finally break the curse? |
| 8 | Memphis | (-) not a convincing week. Caleb Mills going down could see their stock go down. |
| 9 | Duke | (+1) not a convincing week. Let ND hang around for quite some time. |
| 10 | Arizona | (+3) yeah they're back |
| 11 | Auburn | (+7) went into bud walton and won by 32. nothing else needed to be said |
| 12 | Marquette | (-5) ran into an improving seton hall squad and weren't ready for the challenge |
| 13 | Illinois | (-2) not a bad week at all. took purdue to the wire |
| 14 | Oklahoma | (-) good win over Iowa State, just too much going on ahead of them to raise them |
| 15 | Baylor | (+1) i don't believe in baylor at all, but so many teams lost behind them that i had no choice but to raise them. |
| 16 | San Diego State | (+7) boosted by a lot of losses ahead of them, but they took care of business. the MW is going to be very fun |
| 17 | Clemson | (-5) still a believer in the tigers. took 2 losses that could've gone either way |
| 18 | Colorado State | (-1) might've lost but everyone that was behind them lost worse |
| 19 | Wisconsin | (NR) can't say i've watched a wisconsin game all year, but they destroyed Nebraska and have a solid resume |
| 20 | Utah State | (NR) very good win over CSU. the mountain west is anybodys to win |
| 21 | Creighton | (NR) pretty good week. not 100% sold yet but they just need to be consistent |
| 22 | Gonzaga | (+3) took care of business |
| 23 | BYU | (-8) i don't think cincinnati is very good and they beat the cougars up in Provo. think that says more about BYU |
| 24 | Nevada | (NR) 14-1, could be 16-1 heading into the SDSU game |
| 25 | South Carolina | (NR) not a believer at all yet but they are the most "deserving" team to be here |
