Overall Rationale
Switched around some stuff at the bottom of my rankings – my original rankings didn't have FAU/Charleston in, but I felt like they should be in, so I stretched my methodology some. I'll have to figure out what I don't like about my methodology soon, because having neither FAU or Charleston in would've felt very wrong.
