RagingLasagna's Week 13 Ballot

RankTeamReason
Auburn you keep winning, you continue to be #1
Duke bump over Iowa State bc they're 6-0 on the road
Iowa State I know it was Maui and they can't control the teams, but proud of them for having not the worst non conference schedule ever and still holding on in Big 12 play
Houston the rare feat of being undefeated at home and on the road and being #4 in the country
Alabama did you know Nate Oats used to be a math teacher?
Florida shoutout Corey Brewer
Tennessee yeah like i'm really gonna dock you for losing to the #1 team by a bucket
Michigan State this may be the quietest two loss team of all time
Marquette still feel as though they should've beat Central Michigan by more than 8
Kansas Houston is a really really good team, but man that was a really bad loss
Purdue not an awful loss to OSU, especially the day after a national championship, so they're riding high. then you come back and kick Michigan's ass, so you stay put at 11
Texas A&M everything from here on is an absolute crapshoot. complaints will be heard and respected but ultimately met with a shrug bc how is it even possible to rank these teams past 11
Kentucky completely mind blowing that they haven't played a single Q2 game yet this year
Mississippi State haven't covered in a game in 3 weeks
Texas Tech guys idk what to do. they have 4 losses by a combined 11 points and their only loss in January is Iowa State by 1. is it too high? probably. but tell everyone else to stop losing to worse teams
Wisconsin had to travel across the country to play at Pauley and lost by 2. only loss since 2nd week of December
St. John's I know I'm focusing maybe too much on losses, but when everyone loses, what else do we have. 3 losses by a combined 5 points to Baylor, Georgia, and @Creighton (only loss since November)
Oregon I don't need to remind you that The Barn is a tough place to play
Utah State probably too high, but I genuinely think the Mountain West is the most competitive league in the country and I feel like I can't penalize a team for winning a lot of games
Louisville 4 SEC losses, but good thing they aren't in the SEC. 1 conference loss and haven't lost a game since the middle of December
Michigan you think Hunter Dickinson wishes he could've played for Dusty?
Missouri I feel like a loss @ Texas and a win at home against Ole Miss cancel each other out
Vanderbilt you can expect to lose @ Bama, but a win against Kentucky is a really good win. hope they keep it rolling
Ole Miss 3 losses in a row isn't great but they're all to good teams!!! IDK WHAT TO DO
Illinois this is truly their last straw. only wins are Wisconsin, Missouri and Oregon. and how are you gonna have 3 home losses

Overall Rationale

HM: Baylor, Gonzaga, UConn, Maryland, Clemson
