Overall Rationale
No poll inertia because this is my first poll of the season. 15-25 has a ton of talent and seems pretty deep at the moment. It was very awkward to rank Florida and Tennessee, and I think I am lower on them at the moment than most other voters will be. I gave the edge to UT b/c resume despite UF's higher MOV in their prior matchup in Gainesville.
