Overall Rationale
Dropped Out: #21 Utah State, #22 New Mexico. Utah State seems super overrated to me but good win against Boise State while New Mexico keeps dropping Home Games wtf. The bottom of the top 25 feels so hard some of these teams just confuse me week to week performing differently.
