TheRealHenryG's Week 16 Ballot

RankTeamReason
Houston They've lost just once against teams not ranked #2.
Alabama Strong argument for #1, but 4 losses, only one against a top ten team, don't cut it for me.
Kansas Best resume in the country and showed great tenacity to come back against Baylor.
Purdue Despite the recent struggles, they're 24-4 with a boatload of good wins.
UCLA 23-4 with no losses outside of KenPom top 50.
Arizona Worse losses than UCLA but better wins. UCLA has been better on the road, as well as being better on metrics.
Texas 21-6 with good wins, but they've been poor recently.
Virginia They're 23-4, but have scraped by in 3 straight. No room for error in Charlottesville.
Baylor 20-7 with no bad losses and great wins.
Tennessee 20-7 with some bad losses but great wins.
Kansas State 20-7 with some bad losses but great wins. Barely top 25 on KenPom, but #7 on my metrics
Marquette 21-6, beaten nearly every good team in the Big East + Baylor. Still haven't beaten a single good team on the road.
Creighton Top 5 in the country since 1/1 per Torvik. Need to win a tough road game to prove it.
Miami (FL) 22-5 but a couple bad losses and only a few good wins. Pedestrian on metrics.
Iowa State 17-9 with some bad losses but they've beaten a who's who of good teams in the B12.
TCU Great resume if you ignore games where important players missed time. Unfortunately, that's nearly the entire year, so they're difficult to place.
Gonzaga 23-5 with one bad loss, two good wins, one GREAT win, and an overall softer schedule.
Xavier 20-7, beaten basically everyone good in the Big East, but two really bad losses.
San Diego State 21-5 with no bad losses, but hasn't beat anyone good outside of decent Mountain West teams.
UConn 20-7 with a couple of bad losses and very good wins. #6 on KenPom.
Indiana 19-8 with really good wins but some undesirable losses.
Providence 20-7 with 2 bad losses and a couple of solid wins. Weak on metrics.
Northwestern 19-7 with very good wins but some bad losses. Barely top 50 on KenPom.
Illinois Great resume outside of the two Penn State games. What could've been.
Saint Mary's 3 bad losses and just two good wins. #8 on KenPom. 26-29: Texas A&M, NC State, Maryland, Missouri
