Embarrassing blowout loss to a team that then immediately lost by 15 to a 12 loss St. John’s; but it was on the road to a top 30 RPI team. Hopefully it makes them a better team for March.

Single digit road loss in the BiG 12 doesn’t hurt you ever. If it’s Houston it might even help you. Iowa State played well in a hostile environment and nobody wants them in March.

They should have won both of their games, but they faltered @ BYU in the late 2nd half, and couldn’t close out Houston at home. They played well in both games though, and everyone lost this week.
