20	BYU	BYU is back on the map after two very strong wins, including an excellent road win at Kansas.
21	Saint Mary's	I suppose this is what I get for being so high on Saint Mary's for so long.

24	South Florida	USF remains one of the hottest teams in the country despite the metrics not liking them much, and they've locked up the AAC regular season title. They still need to win the conference tourney.
25	Boise State	Boise State is currently on a 5-game winning streak, including a strong win against New Mexico, and they're a lock for the NCAA tournament. The Mountain West is very strong.

Overall Rationale

ALMOST FAMOUS: McNeese State, Florida, Nevada, Indiana State, Princeton. NOTE: I completely reranked my ballot from last week to use as the basis for this week's ballot, so there's no "new to ballot" or "dropped from ballot" section this week. The most notable changes were Baylor and Creighton in, Clemson and Wake Forest out...things that probably would have happened anyway. Oh well.
