Overall Rationale
Big Losers: Tennessee and TCU. Michigan State massively impressed in spite of loss so they get some quality loss treatment. North Carolina drops also for looking skittish. More to come in the future. I've cycled out a few teams in the bottom half because i feel there's still a bit of a turnover. Wisconsin also will get rewarded for win over Stanford.
