RagingLasagna's Week 2 Ballot

RankTeamReason
Kansas Hunter Dickinson PLEASE start using Indeed or Linkedin, I beg you
UConn You go Back2Back, you get a longer leash and more benefit of the doubt than other teams this early
Auburn You truly have to wonder what would've happened had Mark Wahlberg been on that plane
Alabama Did you know Nate Oats used to be a high school math teacher
Gonzaga RIP Joe Few
Duke Does anyone actually believe LeBron's dream??
Houston I really liked what I saw but in Week 1, a loss is still a loss
Arizona Man I wasn't gonna drink tonight but I miss Kaleb Tarczewski
Iowa State Needed someone in between so Caleb and RJ don't fight (or kiss)
North Carolina Might be #1 had they been able to avenge Brady Manek like that
Tennessee Another year of me saying they just play gross basketball (I haven't caught a second of them yet)
Purdue Shoutout lottery pick and preseason ROTY favorite Zachry (why is this the spelling) Edey
Baylor Not great to get BLOWN OUT, but did turn around and immediately beat another ranked team
Creighton Welcome to another year of me shouting "I LOVE RYAN KALKBRENNER" from the rooftops
Indiana Maybe a slight poll boost simply from the gravitas of the football program
Marquette Had to rank them with a 6 for how many players + coach they have on the court at all times
Arkansas Transitively, 43 points worse than Gonzaga
Cincinnati I can't believe Mick Cronin was the coach here only 5 years ago. Feels like a lifetime
Kentucky Has anyone ever been as collectively tall AND bald as Mark Pope (everyone go see Conclave)
St. John's The winner of this week's Andre Curbello power rankings
Illinois Shoutout Brad Underwood for going on Hot Ones (old news)
Texas Tech The Patrick Mahomes witchcraft has made its way into the RagingLasagna reddit poll
North Florida Wins ON THE ROAD against South Carolina and Georgia Tech. Fly little osprey, fly
Ohio State HAD to be a little cheeky with these rankings here
Texas A loss to Ohio State is not as bad as a loss to UCF

Overall Rationale

HM: Florida, Texas A&M, Rutgers, Wake, Michigan State || Hard to do too much with comments and reasoning this early in the season. Probably by Thanksgiving it'll be easier to explain any rankings.
