Overall Rationale
UNC's resume is bad and they've looked awful beating inferior teams. They're like 50th in Torvik w/o the preseason bias. They can be ranked again when they beat somebody. At least Kentucky has OK metrics and Duke has a win over Xavier, but they don't look great either.
