I missed last week so I tried to start over from scratch. I put any team that is currently top 35 in either Torvik efficiency ratings OR Torvik wins above bubble (ie resume ranking) on a page and then attempted to rank them subjectively. What I came up with is what you see above. Then for fun I averaged each team's Torviks eff. and WAB to see how those actually rank that way. Thats the numbmer in the comment column. So maaaaybe I'm way too high on Princeton. Top Torvik Avg teams unranked: Alabama T22, TCU 24, Utah 25, Northwestern 26, Providence T27, Illinois T27. I'm sure they'll get votes but I can't find any rationale to rank teams like Kentucky (now 34th by this metric), Duke, MSU (both outside top 40), Miami (31).
