Ted_Lavie's Week 7 Ballot

RankTeamReason
Purdue +1 - Almost ranked #1 last week despite the loss to NW. They deserve top spot
Kansas +1 - Impressive non-con resume as well.
UConn +1 - Ditto. That Zaga game wasn't close honestly.
Arizona -3 - They round out an awesome top 4. 3 places drop seems harsh, but that's how good this top 5 has been
Houston 0 - Wade Taylor is going to scare other teams this year. This is Houston best win yet by far.
Marquette +1 - StTho is sneaky good but this was a but too close for comfort
Baylor -1 - MSU woke up and they were at the wrong end of it. We'll soon know if this was an outlier or not
Clemson 0 - Got their first loss, but it's far from a stain on their resume. Can they confirm in ACC play?
BYU 0 - Quiet week
Oklahoma 0 - Quiet week
Florida Atlantic +1 - Looking good, but I'm curious as to what they can do against Zona.
Virginia +1 - Looked dreadful this WE but found a way to win. They'll take that
Memphis +4 - Beating Clemson after winning in College St last week. They're playing like a top 15 team.
Kentucky +10 - I needed that game against UNC to convince me UK was a contender this year.
Ole Miss +1 - Still undefeated without having to play a quality opponent away from Oxford.
Gonzaga -5 - They looked like they didn't belong with UConn. With the WCC and P12 being down this year, winning in Lexington might help come seeding time
North Carolina -3 - UNC belongs but they need to find a way to win those big games.
Colorado State -3 - Went down because other teams went up
James Madison -1 - Quiet week
South Carolina 0 - They keep winning unimpressively. Wouldn't be surprise if they crash back down to Earth in Jan/Feb.
Tennessee 0 - 2nd week in a row with a quality noncon win. They look good right now.
Illinois 0 - Quiet week
Auburn NR - On their day, they're as impressive as most
Grand Canyon NR - Portland isn't awful and they destroyed them. That's the work of a ranked team.
Texas A&M -2 // Received consideration: Wisconsin, Ohio St, Creighton, Princeton

Overall Rationale

Dropped: Creighton (19- lost by 15 to UNLV) and Northwestern (25 - lost to Chicago St)
