Overall Rationale
Next 5: North Carolina, Virginia Tech, Maryland, Xavier, and St. Mary's #15-#25 was tough to rank this week after missing last week. I don't really have a great feeling about these teams, but I don't really think anyone below them deserves to be moved up.
