10 | Arizona | Have the talent to beat anyone, Will be tested early and often |
11 | Creighton | Very talented starters |
12 | Texas A&M | Good talent this year, coaching seems pretty good |
13 | Alabama | Lost some great players but have a solid core left |
14 | Texas | Did good in the portal and have talent left from a good team |
15 | USC | Good athletic team |
16 | Kentucky | Quite a bit of talent, has underperformed with talent recently |
17 | Baylor | Decent talent, good coach |
18 | Arkansas | Should be competitive with the other top SEC teams |
19 | Villanova | Have good players, still unsure about coaching |
20 | Miami (FL) | FF team from last year returning some good pieces |
21 | Florida Atlantic | Good team returning most players |
22 | San Diego State | Good team returning most players |
23 | North Carolina | Solid talent, unsure of coaching |

Hybrid of computer and human rankings, mixed with my own person feel based on knowledge I have gathered in the offseason. Most of the teams 8-20 could be interchangeable as they all have question marks but very good signs. Same would go for 21-30 with Maryland, UCLA, KSt, Wisky, and Colorado being in the mix with the ones listed.
