Overall Rationale
Preseason rankings are hard, took KenPom as a initial guide and then adjusted some teams based on how they looked overall last season and what I expect from their returning roster. Can't count on freshmen early and if you lost a main contributor (UCONN, Gonzaga, etc.) you got dinged a bit.
